Our Expos are a place where vendors can break out and share their gifts with people, in a supportive and encouraging setting. It is where people who are looking to live a healthier lifestyle can find those resources and have their eyes opened to the possibilities of incorporating the mind and spirit resources into their lifestyle as well. When you don't know what exactly you are looking for it is hard to find it, our Expos provide a melding of all areas of Mind - Body - Spirit resources so that people can discover what they never knew they were looking for. With the addition of our "Journeys" people can now take their Expo experience to the next level. Our interactive "Journeys" provide an intimate hands on experience offering 3 workshops with the Valley's leading presenters.
